No more putting babies on the back-burner – being a rugby mum is possible!

Imagine a world where women can play rugby, have a career and a family – all at the same time. Well stop imagining, because we’re living in it! There are so many remarkable women who have done just that and many have even managed to represent their country. They are absolute superheroes in our books and we thought it’s about time we celebrate them. Make no mistake, it doesn’t look easy, but that’s nothing new to us. We want to show other women that the seemingly impossible is most certainly possible – and we’re here to support you all the way. Gone are the days of choosing between your rugby career and having a family.

We’ve put together a list of beautiful, bad-ass rugby mums ahead of our upcoming Zoom webinar Rugby, Bubs & Return to Sport at 7pm GMT on Wednesday 31st March. It’s free to attend and aimed at providing information and insight into playing and returning to rugby, whilst balancing motherhood and other responsibilities.  We’ll hear from Harlequins hooker and businesswoman Davinia Catlin on managing rugby and life as a new mum as she navigates the journey back to elite sport after giving birth in January. The Well’s Baz Moffat, former GB rower, mother of two and renowned women’s health & fitness coach, will share insight into the pre and post-natal journey and how to return to sport in the right way.
